“My favourite image was made by Kevin Gilis” – Matthew Sowa
This image really drew me in for very simple reason.
I like the photographer’s imagination and surrealistic approach, using a teapot to create an extraordinary portrait of the groom.

This is fantastic way to show how to create something interesting in very simple environment. The composition and the colours of the wall and the teapot work very well. The depth of field play a very important role here, also separating the first plan from the main subject creating the strong powerful image. This photo reminds me to one of the paintings of Belgian artist René Magritte.
